Mr Guo Geng Mao took a visit of Xinghua Plant

In Aug. 21, 2008, The Governor of Hebei Province, Mr Guo GengMao visit Xinghua Plant. The main leader of local goverment who came with Governor Guo including Mr. Jing ChunHua, the Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party Hengshui City of China,Mr Gao Hongzhi, the major of Hengshui City.
