Large Diameter FRP Flue Gas Stack of “Cooling Towers to Supersede Chimneys Project” in Coal-fire Power Plant
The Cooling Towers to Supersede Chimneys Project(Here Called CTSCP) is a better way to deal with the tail of the flue gas from the FGD system in Coal-fire Power Plant. Asian first CTSCP positioned in Beijing Gaobeidian Power Plant of Huaneng (Beijing) Power Co., Ltd, finished in May of 2006. Germany GEA Group did the designation and supervising job. The large Flue Gas Pipe’s Diameter is 7000 mm; we took part in the manufacturing of the FRP Stacks. In this Project, we gained good experience of produce this king of stacks and our ability was praised by the GEA.
In Sep. of 2006, because of our better performance in the cooperation with GEA and the reasonable plan, we got the order of the FRP Stack Pipe’ designation, manufacturing and Installation in Sanhe Power Co., Ltd. Of Guohua Group’s CTSCP. The whole project was designed by Guohua Electricity Research Co., Ltd., Wuhan University of Technology did the supervisor work, The diameter is 5200mm, Resin Derakane 411 by Asland. We had finished the installation in the cnd of Fed. 2007.
